Ruga is singing a variation of "I am a Man of Constant Sorrow" and goes to this tune - www.youtube.com/watch?v=wQ5BFi… 

A little history lesson: "I am a Man of Constant Sorrow" is an old folk song composed possibly as early as 1888 . It's one of my favorite little tunes, and is in the Public Domain, meaning fair and public use. There are different variations of the tune lyrics, so I sort of patched them together to make one for Ruga keeping it entirely within the boundaries of the original tune. It will also make more sense why Ruga is singing such an "ancient" song according to the historical setting of Galaxy Magnolia a little later to the story, but readers of the story scripts know.
