 Please support the comic by leaving comments I would greatly appreciate it

Uploading the page a bit early because some of my family members are sick with colds and we're not getting enough sleep X__X. Pretty darn tired. Well I got the page done, which means that my tablet is working for the most part! Still have some issues, so I'll have to get a new tablet in the near future. Since my tablet wasn't working for a whilte I had some time to look up some tutorials, so I've applied what I learned during that time to this page. Hopefully the quality is getting better =).

Think of the colors and textures on Ruga’s tail changing rapidly, like a cuddlefish - www.youtube.com/watch?v=pgDE2D…

Ochs was the same individual mentioned back on page 20 - axolotl-mafia.deviantart.com/a…

Ruga is very family with this guy.

Some important things I want to mention here at this point to recap in the story and catch everyone up. Some might be spoilers –

I know this scene might seem long, but it's important to me as the creator that Ruga have complex introductions and interactions with specific characters. Every major character that he interacts with is crucial to the story, and development of individual plots that will take place in the future. Mr. Ninety is one of the most important characters in the story. I don't want to be accused of bias for the way Ruga treats this individual, so I want to make it clear that he will say or do whatever he can to damage someone in the immediate moment,  no matter who they are, friend or foe. It has nothing to do with his views, or my views as the creator, it has everything to do with his current state of mind. If this story offends anyone, you might want to unwatch me now because his temper is going to get a whole lot worse, and there will be scenes of verbal and physical violence against men and women, and blood.

It will make more sense later, but Ruga is using the chlorophyll in his body as a tool for extra sensory perception to chemically track human emotional responses without them being said by the targeted human. These truths and lies are read through pores in the markings on Ruga's face. Lie detector on long legs. He will get better at it as he gets older and gains more elaborate and longer markings. The conscious chlorophyll networks through hid body exactly how the chlorophyll in a forest would, so he has higher perception abilities than that of human beings. Not telepathic with thought, but with perception.

I needed to update some info, I forgot to include this tidbit. This is how Ruga gets chlorophyll to remain active his body, he drinks/eats it from an active source  Galaxy Magnolia Book 1 Page 21 OFFICIAL by Axolotl-mafia

“Mute flagging” which refers to the face of Ruga’s tail turning completely mute, is not the same as the display of black with white on Loki’s tail on these pages –

Ruga is establishing an enemy with mute flagging. Not trying to spoil the story, I just need to make it clear.

The General is an extremely lenient and loving man with Ruga, and has spoiled him rotten. Exhausted from parenting, the General is already an aged man. He isn’t quick to discipline Ruga, or scold him for wrong doings and 80% of the time Ruga can get away with pretty much anything as long as it doesn’t wind him up in lock down. –Or if he can get away with it without being put in lock down, the General would let him get away with it (absolute freedom/free will). If anyone remembers, he mentioned back on page 32 as to being the one who supplied Ruga with the dynamite to blow holes in the lake as a hobby/recreational past time.

On page 27 if you look behind President Porphio you can see the holes in the ice from his underwater office window.

You can see the holes above the ice here on page 5 –

It’s important to recap on that Ruga had started acting out with violent and destructive aggression approximately one year prier to the present moment in the story - axolotl-mafia.deviantart.com/a…

And that the General expressed that Ruga was never hostile like this a year ago. Beyond building an occasional sparkler bomb or playing with firecrackers, Ruga was a very easy person to get along with. As of present he is on a self-destructive path, and entirely different than he was a year ago from present story point.

Characters and story of Galaxy Magnolia belong to me.

ultimate test of bladder control for mr. ninety there xD and i feel bad for the general. now he's got to deal with the 'your kid encountered an obese person and commented on it' issue, but of course ruga makes it so much worse than that. i almost feel bad for mr. ninety, but i hate him too much from reading the scripts to -really- feel bad for him.
