Galaxy Magnolia Contest Ends March 28th

EDIT I have to extend the contest again, I'm sorry! My 6 month old was diagnosed with Torticollis, and requires daily physical at home and weekly therapy at a physical therapy clinic. Luckily the therapist thinks we caught this early enough and he's already showing a lot of improvement. Hopefully also this will give others who wanted to participate in the contest more time for the positive at least? I tried to make the prizes fun . Thank you for your patience, I really can't avoid extending this right now and I just won't cancel it. End Edit.

So I've seen where comic artists are hosting these fun contests with like designing an outfit, or doing some other event to involve their readers in some way while having fun giving away prizes. So I want to have a clothing design contest where participants could create and design outfits for either Nim, and or Ruga that could potentially be used in the Galaxy Magnolia comic. If I don't use it, at least you get some free stuff out of it! I really want people to just have a blast with this, and you can enter as many times as you want AND can potentially win up to two times for one outfit each, that is, if you draw an outfit for Ruga AND Nim, and I happen to like BOTH outfits! Rock my planet! If this seems like a neat idea, carry on then to the contest rules and prizes!

Rules:
Contest deadline is March 28th 2015
You can leave a comment or not, if you are participating. If you make a submission, thumbnail link me to the image in the comments of this journal, please do not note it to me.
You can enter as many times as you want, but if you win, you can only win up to two times. That is, if I choose one design you made for Nim and one design for Ruga.
You can either enter for Ruga, Nim, or both! You don't have to enter for both!
I am going for originality here and creativity. 
Can be any medium! Digital, traditional, sculpture, sewing, whateva! Go for it!
keep the outfits CLEAN, meaning, nothing low cut for Nim, BUT you can have it horrible for Ruga! You can have curse words on Ruga's clothing, like the words FUCK or SHIT lol or keep it word free for him. I know, I'm a turd. Nothing nude or revealing however for either character.
Ask me questions in comments only please if you are confused about anything . Do not send me a note -at all about this contest. I will not read or respond to notes concerning the contest.
No favoritism, anyone can enter, anyone has potential to win. Winning pieces will be selected again on what I find most appealing and functional.
If  I need to, I may add more rules but so far that's it for now!


GRAND PRIZE:

GRAND PRIZE WINNERS, to be given to the winner of Nim's outfit design, and also to Ruga's. Winner may have their winning design scheduled into a scene or scenes with either Nim AND or Ruga or both, your concept design would be published in the Galaxy Magnolia printed book with credits to you if I do add it in! You will also have a cameo appearance of your character (if not human, will be humanized) or YOU in the comic as a background character, with credits to you in the book . You will also receive a colored sketch with background from me of one of your personal characters, or if you want instead, a portrait of you, as a Tethican . You can choose any of the three types of Tethicans from Galaxy Magnolia, or one of the mystery Type IV or V, which I haven't submitted yet into the gallery and your gallery featured in my journal

The outfits for grand prize MUST appeal to the story and to the characters, as in that the outfit must function as an appropriate wardrobe for these characters. I really need to be impressed for this prize by the design. If I am impressed by enough outfits, since two people could potentially win the grand prize (depending on how impressed I am) more than two people could also win. It just really all depends on how much effort and thought are put into the designs, especially if they are actually drawn on the character(s), and how awesome I think they are.

SECOND PRIZE:

SECOND PRIZE WINNER I may choose up to FOUR winners for this   Second prize winning designs may be featured in the comic as a wardrobe appearance! Either for Nim or Ruga. Credits to you will be published in the book if it is added in, The four winners will also receive: one free colored sketchy (no background) from me of one character and a feature of your gallery in my journal

What I'll be Looking For
Creativity up the yin yang! It is NOT about the quality of the artwork, but you must put effort into it and must be the creativity and thought put into the design(s)!

The more you make the character fit with the outfit, the better! Style their hair! Ruga's a masculine guy with long hair, but he can still have a hair braid, or a hair bun, or whatever you think looks masculine with long hair. He tends to wear his hear around his neck like a scarf (since it's so long) so you could play with that too. Nim on the other hand is very feminine, but very messy and tries to hide herself. She's shy so she hides behind her hair, but there are days where she might really care how her hair looks without a hat, especially with hair clips and cute earrings! The color of her glasses should really go along with the outfit, but if the color clashes tastefully, that's cool too!

You DO NOT have to draw the clothes either Ruga or Nim, HOWEVER it would really help if you did so I can get a better idea of how they would look on them. This is what I am actually looking for, concerning the grand prize.
